Book a Discovery SessionWe are building an ecosystem that identifies, assesses and develops young people, connecting them to skill-building, further study, entry level jobs or entrepreneurship. We support all youth on their journey to decent work, at scale. With limited jobs available, we emphasize side businesses (aka “hustles”) and self-employment.
Nurturing young talent with targeted programmes Our curated experiences help young people shift from passive participants to active collaborators in their futures. This transformative change extends beyond them, influencing their households and peers as they share their learnings. As a result, our courses drive lasting behavioral change within wider circles of influence.
At the start of their career, young people need hands-on exposure to the workplace, allowing individuals to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. This helps build practical skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, that are essential in most jobs. Additionally, internships provide a unique opportunity to explore different industries, helping young people make informed career decisions.
Initially, the focus of the fund is on providing bursaries for students in tertiary education, helping them to finish their studies without the burden of financial barriers. In the near future, we plan to establish dedicated funds for financial advocacy to address systemic financial injustices, protect vulnerable consumers, and for youth entrepreneurship, providing much-needed funding to help aspiring young entrepreneurs turn their startup ideas into reality.
We combine the intellectual rigour of a think tank with practical implementation on the ground. We are dedicated to translating ideas and research into tangible actions and real-world impact. We provide a platform for creativity, experimentation, and risk-taking, allowing stakeholders to explore unconventional strategies to the overarching challenge of youth unemployment and develop scalable projects that have the potential to disrupt entrenched systems and bring about meaningful change. By engaging experts, advocates, researchers and practitioners, all our programmatic interventions undergo rigorous piloting before they are formally launched.
